Every piece is wrapped in unbleached kraft paper and cushioned with molded cardboard fluting. We avoid single-use plastics to ensure your parcel arrives safely with minimal environmental impact.
Parcels ship twice weekly directly from our workspace. Tracking notifications arrive via email as soon as carriers scan the label, keeping domestic deliveries straightforward and fully visible.
If an item does not suit your home, return it in original condition within two weeks of arrival. We issue prompt refunds or store credit once inspected back at the bench.
